It's only July 24th, but the early season will be here in no time, so it's time to start thinking about starting my preseason workout routine.
This year's going to be really tough, because my work has had me travelling out-of-town nearly every week, so I haven't worked out much and had way too many dinners out and quick meals.
Here's what I plan to do:
1. Start an aerobics and "core" conditioning program right now!
2. Pay more attention to my diet on the road.
